**Job Opportunity: Store Manager and Assistant Manager - Chicken Mania Tweed Heads**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Leadership & Team Management**:

- Take full responsibility for store operations, including inventory management, rostering, and team performance.
- Lead by example, actively engaging in all areas of the store, from customer service to food preparation.
- Inspire, coach, and motivate your team to maintain a positive, energetic workplace.
- Manage recruitment, training, performance reviews, and resolve any team issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Set and achieve store goals, aligning with financial targets and key performance indicators.

**Operational Excellence**:

- Ensure the store runs smoothly, maintaining high standards in food quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and kitchen operations to ensure product quality and cost efficiency.
- Uphold Workplace Health and Safety standards, keeping the store clean, safe, and secure.
- Handle administrative tasks, including banking, cash management, and policy reviews.
- Implement and monitor food safety procedures, ensuring full compliance with regulations.

**Customer Focus**:

- Deliver outstanding customer service every day, proactively handling feedback and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Efficiently manage both in-store service and online orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.

**Financial & Reporting Responsibilities**:

- Manage budgeting, food costing, and cost control to meet financial targets.
- Ensure effective cash management and accurate banking procedures.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Strong team management and development skills, with a commitment to high standards.
- Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail, with flexibility to work nights and weekends.
- Experience in budget management and achieving financial targets.
- Right to work in Australia.
- Basic Food Handling certificate (other certifications like Food Safety Supervisor or First Aid are a plus).
