Choice The Discount Store opened its first store in 1996 with the purchase of an existing Redbank store. Now with 20+ stores in Queensland and Northern New South Wales, Choice The Discount Store prides itself on delivering value for money to our local communities.
Our team is always looking for new products to help our customers save on their everyday needs with brands like Rexona, Fab, Domestos & Cadbury to name a few.
As we continue to grow our focus remains the same, Our Customers By delivering a great shopping experience and value for money products.
**About the role**
We currently have an exciting Support Manager opportunity at our Tweed Heads South store. We are looking for an experienced retail leader who is energetic, creative, and looking to lead from the front. This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic, hands on, and willing to contribute their own ideas to grow and lead the store and team to success.
**Skills and experience**
- Experience in Discount Variety Industry is preferred.
- Experience in merchandising.
- Experience in a management position.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with customers with confidence.
- Ability to work in a team and solve problems.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to drive sales and meet targets.
- Capable of successfully managing a team of up to ten.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $53,000.00 per year
