I have multiple opportunities for outstanding individuals that possess exceptional leadership skills to lead and mentor a Quality Assessment team responsible for ensuring regulation and compliance requirements are achieved in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. You will embody a positive and collaborative approach and thrive when managing complex and challenging scenarios, and your can-do attitude and exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills will be paramount to your success in this role.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Review regulatory processes, identify opportunities for improvement and develop, coordinate and deliver special projects that improve team operations and meet key performance indicators and the Boards objectives.

- Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- You will be able to navigate complex issues, analyse evidence against standards and communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders to achieve quality outcomes.
- A positive can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service quality, regulation and compliance
