About the role
The Senior Change & Data Services Advisor plays a critical role in supporting and enabling successful change initiatives and data support within the Department for Education's People & Culture Systems division. Reporting to the People and Culture Change Manager, the role will collaborate with stakeholders to assess change impacts, support business readiness, and drive the effective adoption of new systems and processes. The role involves coordinating and implementing change activities across departments, contributing to the development of change management strategies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring effective stakeholder communication to embed changes sustainably across the Department.
Additionally, the Advisor supports the P&C Systems Project Lead, Advisor plays a pivotal role in improving HR service delivery by enhancing policies, procedures, and practices. This includes resolving system issues, updating inaccurate data, and assisting with system-related training and documentation, as well as supporting the documentation and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
Essential: Nil
Desirable: Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field.
Special conditions
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.
The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration
ASO6 $98,478 - $104,165 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (12%) and leave loading
