We're looking for a dynamic, execution-driven COO to help scale our operations globally, drive efficiencies, and support our next stage of hypergrowth. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-impact environments. This is an exciting opportunity for a bespoke newly created role in the company.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Execution

  • Partner closely with the CEO to translate the company's strategic vision into clear operational plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead company-wide planning, forecasting, and operational cadence to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
  • Build and oversee scalable processes, systems, and infrastructure to support global growth.

Operations & Supply Chain

  • Oversee global supply chain, inventory planning, warehousing, and fulfilment operations across multiple markets (AUS, USA, UK, EU, CA).
  • Drive cost efficiencies and operational excellence while maintaining premium brand standards.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with TGA, FDA and other global regulatory standards.

Financial & Commercial

  • Partner with Finance to manage budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and P&L performance.
  • Identify commercial levers to improve margins, reduce costs, and optimise operational performance.
  • Support fundraising, investor relations, and board reporting with operational data and insights.

People & Culture

  • Build, scale and mentor high-performing cross-functional teams across Operations, Finance, Logistics, and Supply Chain.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and innovation aligned with Naked Sundays' values.
  • Drive hiring plans and team structure as the company scales internationally.

Technology & Process Innovation

  • Implement and optimise ERP, inventory management, and other operational systems to ensure visibility and efficiency.
  • Lead process automation and digitisation to support scalability.
  • Evaluate new technologies and partners to support operational excellence.

What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or general management, ideally in beauty, skincare, FMCG, or DTC brands.
  • Proven experience scaling an e-commerce or retail business from $20M+ to $100M+ in revenue.
  • Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience working with international markets, regulatory compliance, and complex supply chains.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Hands-on operator who can balance strategic vision with tactical execution.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
