**About Us**:
Don Watson Transport, a leading refrigerated transport company servicing the East Coast of Australia, is currently seeking dedicated Fleet Manager to help us keep things on track and ensure our vehicles meet our high standards.

As our Fleet Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for all things fleet-related. You’ll make sure our vehicles are well-serviced and repaired, manage safety features like telematics, and keep an eye on our Repair & Maintenance budget. Plus, you’ll train and support our fleet support officer to ensure everyone’s on the same page.

**Your Day-to-Day**:

- Coordinate all planned maintenance activities.
- Prepare and issue work orders for our workshops in Derrimut, Brisbane, Wodonga, and Sydney.
- Manage any grounded equipment and coordinate repairs with third-party vendors to ensure quick turnaround.
- Review and approve all Repair & Maintenance invoices.
- Keep service schedules updated according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Handle defects by arranging repairs and coordinating with authorities like VicRoads and RMS.
- Regularly update our service documents and operational lists.
- Monitor and maintain telematics equipment in our vehicles.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience as a Fleet Manager or Service Manager is a must, if you have experience driving trucks all the better.
- You pay attention to detail and have great customer service skills.
- You have experience with Workshop Management software such as Trimble’s TMT.
- You know your way around truck mechanics and safety requirements.
- You can juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Heavy vehicle diesel mechanics qualification is a plus.
- Standard driver’s license.
- Truck license.
