**About the Role**

The Marketing Officer will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), National Sales Manager, and external consultants to ensure they deliver quality marketing programs shaped by good consumer and customer research, corporate objectives, and stakeholder expectations. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the overall branding for the company, and the implementation of the brand strategy, including campaigns, lead generation, promotional events, digital marketing, public relations, and ongoing internal and external marketing communications.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and brand strategies
- Work within a small, dedicated team and reporting to the CEO
- Contribute to design and execution of consumer research
- Assist to develop comprehensive, analytical, fact-based, plans to deliver market share, sales and P&L targets
- Undertakes appropriate product analyses.
- Make recommendations and take action in areas such as market segmentation, market share analysis, competitor analysis, pricing analysis, distribution analysis, product evaluation, etc.
- Assist in developing and executing the overall branding and all marketing materials to ensure the look and feel of the brand are on strategy and consistent throughout all marketing programs and communications
- Assist to develop aspects of major events ensuring a good communication plan internally and externally, as well as flawless execution that drives awareness, trial and conversion.
- Assist with organising and attending of marketing and sales events
- Assist with creation of advertising and merchandising activities

Initially the role will focus on understanding the market, players involved, company values and product objectives.

**The Successful Applicant....**

**Education, Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- BSc/BA in marketing or relevant tertiary qualifications
- 5+ Years’ experience working in marketing and branding roles
- Experience in project management and business analysis methodologies
- Be a team player with customer orientated approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
- Australian working rights
- Prior experience in Marketing and/or Product Management
- Proven experience in building and executing brand plans
- Proven experience with successful product launches
- Ability to thrive working on several projects and communicate across multiple departments
- Bachelor in Marketing and Communications (or similar)
- Can do attitude, capable of working in a fast-paced high energy environment
