L&D Specialist | Public Sector | Sydney CBD | 11 months | $45-56ph + Super

Your new company is a Public Sector organisation based in the heart of Sydney.

**Your new role**

As an L&D Specialist your role will be responsible for ensuring the organisation's learning is effectively assigned and captured in the LMS, while ensuring governance, integrity and accuracy of the LMS data to enable reporting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the administration and development of the LMS including item creation, scheduling, assignment profiles, curricular and catalogues to ensure all learning courses are available in the LSM and assigned to employees where necessary
- Manage and establish record keeping processes for data entering the LMS and data created within the LMS to ensure data integrity and governance
- Establish quality control of all online content by testing functionality of content
- Drive continuous improvement of LMS processes and procedures to ensure the LMS is meeting the changing needs of the organisation
- Deliver training and technical support to users and administrators
- Generate and analyse data reports from the LMS to the P&C division
- Respond to L&D queries according to policies and procedures
- Liaising with external providers and internal stakeholders to ensure the effective scheduling, communication and delivery of quality learning

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated relevant experience in a similar role working with Learning Management Systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors LMS is highly desirable
