**Overview**

Our client is looking to engage a Junior Business Analyst on a permanent basis.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with stakeholders to identify and define business requirements for projects
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement
- Participate in meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather and document requirements
- Develop use cases, user stories, and other documentation to capture business requirements
- Assist with the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Perform research and analysis on industry trends and best practices to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure that requirements are accurately implemented
- Assist with testing and quality assurance activities to ensure that deliverables meet business requirements
- Communicate project progress and status updates to stakeholders
- Participate in the development of training materials and user manuals to support project implementations
- Support the development of technical documentation and other project deliverables.

**Skills preferred**
- Bachelor's degree in ICT, Business, or Finance
- Experience with data
- Experience with process mapping
- Project coordinator or project manager experience
- Administration experience
