Construction - Front-end/projects lawyer to work in a highly regarded Sydney CBD-based procurement team. Broaden your experience in a Construction & Infrastructure Practice Group comprising of 10 partners and 40+ staff across a number of speciality areas.

**About the position**:

- Work on some of the most complex and strategic procurement and projects advice and transactions for the country’s largest and most interesting clients
- Represent clients across a variety of project structures and contract forms, including PPP projects, D&C Contracts (with and without ECI elements), Managing Contractor Contracts, Services Agreements, Australian Standard and other industry forms of contract, Alliance Contracts, Access Agreements and all other forms of contracting.

**Expectations**:

- 4+ years PQE.
- Experience in procurement within one or more of the industry sectors identified.
- Leadership, mentoring and management skills to assist in the development of junior lawyers.
- technical and communication skills.
- A positive and willing approach.
- A team player who enjoys collaboration.
