**Sales Consultant - Inbound Phone Sales**:

- Location: Manly, NSW (In-Office Only)_

**About Us**
Owner Inspections is a trusted Australian building inspection and consultancy company. We help homeowners, builders, and lawyers with expert inspections and reports across NSW, VIC, and QLD.

**The Role**

You will handle **inbound calls and warm leads only (no cold calling)**, explain our services, answer client questions, and secure bookings.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Answer inbound calls and follow up warm leads
- Explain inspection services clearly and build client trust
- Prepare quotes and convert enquiries into bookings
- Keep accurate notes and client records

**Requirements**:

- Native English speaker with excellent phone communication
- Minimum 1 year experience in phone sales or customer service
- Proven ability to close sales and meet targets
- Reliable, trustworthy, and professional
- Able to work in-office at Manly, NSW

**What We Offer**
- $28-$32 per hour (casual) plus **uncapped commission**:

- Pathway to permanent full-time after 6 months

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
