**We invite you to be a part of our team as an International Counselor at We Move Experience **In this role, you will be the guide and advisor for students seeking to have an educational experience abroad.

Please understand that this position goes beyond simple sales. Those who decide to study abroad invest resources and effort in this adventure, and your role as an International Education Advisor is essential in guiding them on their journey and helping them make the right decisions.

While much of your work is conducted online, you will be connected to your assigned destination, adhering to established work schedules set by your Team Leader. You will attend team meetings and be available for in-person events and activities with our valuable partners and students.

**To succeed in this position, we are looking for someone with**:

- Demonstrable experience in sales (in services, tourism, education, or related fields).
- A fluent level of English is needed to communicate effectively with the institutions we work with daily.
- Outstanding communication skills that allow you to connect with and understand the needs of students.
- A cheerful and solution-oriented attitude, willing to face challenges with enthusiasm.
- A passion for travel and adventure, enabling you to share your enthusiasm with students.
- Strong motivation and a constant desire for personal growth, driving you to achieve and exceed your goals.
- A focus on goal achievement and satisfaction for both students and the organisation.
- The ability to work under pressure and as part of a team, ensuring effective performance in challenging situations.
- Bilingual in Spanish.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 2 years (preferred)
- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
