**About the Role**
We are currently looking for a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to join our amazing
**Brookvale** team in
**Sydney, NSW** due to our ongoing growth as a business

In this role, you will invite our customers to experience their dream kitchen and laundry, whether that’s by providing them with product advice, sitting them down with a barista-made coffee or lining them up for a cooking demonstration with one of our chefs

**What your day-to-day might look like**
- Building relationships with new and existing customers to deliver amazing in-store experiences
- Providing information about brand offerings and product features
- Ensuring sales and projects are delivered smoothly for your customers
- Regular training and development with our in-house training team

**A bit about you**
- Passionate about delivering amazing experiences for our customers
- Experience working in retail or sales would be beneficial (it doesn’t have to be in appliances - we’re looking for someone who can deliver exceptional customer service)
- Flexible availability (including weekends as required)
- Clear communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Eager to learn and develop: We're looking for people passionate to learn and grow
