We’re seeking a **Manager** to join our **Strategy & Operations Advisory team** in Hobart. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and clients across diverse industries, helping them solve complex business challenges, drive performance, and deliver lasting impact.
In this role you will
- Lead and deliver strategy, transformation, and operational improvement projects across public and private sectors.
- Manage client relationships, project teams, and deliverables with a focus on quality and innovation.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to the growth of the advisory practice.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that align with client goals.

- Proven experience in strategy, operations, or management consulting.
- Project management experience, ideally having led or managed small projects or engagements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience working with government and mid-market clients is highly regarded.

**Qualifications**
We are looking for applicants that have Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, economics, or a related field.
