YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE AN IMPACT

As a Graduate Engineer, you will:

  • Work on real projects from day one, not busy work.
  • Contribute to design, analysis, reporting and project delivery.
  • Collaborate with engineers, agronomists and environmental scientists.
  • Talk to clients and see your work in the field.
  • Help us improve tools and workflows as we grow.

You will be supported by a dedicated mentor, gain regular feedback and clear development goals so you can build confidence quickly.

ABOUT YOU

You are curious, collaborative and up for a challenge, You:

  • Are completing or have recently completed a degree in engineering.
  • Communicate clearly and solve problems logically.
  • Enjoy working in a team and are willing to travel to project sites when required.
  • Have Australian work rights and a driver's licence.

Nice to have (not must-haves):

  • Exposure to any of the following: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, 12d, QGIS, HEC-RAS, EPANET, WaterCAD, Excel VBA or Python
  • Understanding of basic hydrology concepts
  • Familiarity with AS/NZS standards (such as AS2566) and awareness of ANCOLD guidelines.
