Our people are the key to our success. At the heart of everything we do, is a thriving culture centred around high performance and care. We are purpose driven and collaborative, which drives innovation and our ability to make a real impact. As such, we’re proud to have been named in

Where the team fits in

At REA Group, we are committed to building a high-performance culture, and our Talent Strategy & Experience team plays a crucial role in shaping the entire talent journey. With a people-first approach, we create innovative and impactful career moments that make REA the place where you can reach your full potential.

What the role is all about

As Talent Operations Advisor, you'll be the operational backbone of our Talent function. This is a role for a true all-rounder, someone who is energised by variety and a dynamic environment. You will be our go-to for all things data, systems, and project coordination, turning analytics into insights that shape our strategy.

You'll be a partner to the Talent Strategy & Experience team, comfortable pivoting from complex project work to the essential admin that keeps our team on track. You'll be a champion for our function, advocating for our needs and doing what it takes to ensure our talent processes are seamless across the business.

While no two days in this role will be the same, typical activities will include:

- Own our talent analytics: Develop and manage key reporting and dashboards, covering everything from talent metrics, hiring forecasting to LinkedIn insights that shape our strategy.
- Manage our tools and suppliers: Act as the first point of contact for our talent tech stack, managing invoicing, troubleshooting issues, and providing support for platforms like Certn and Paradox.
- Support our strategic projects: Support the execution of our core talent strategy by coordinating key projects and preparing data-driven materials for talent reviews, strategic workforce planning, succession planning, and our performance framework.
- Optimise our talent attraction: Use data from platforms like LinkedIn to help us refine our employer brand, improve sourcing strategies, and attract #1 talent.
- Support our Entry to REA and brand initiatives: Provide coordination support for our graduate program while providing the analysis needed to bring our employer brand and EVP to life.
- Champion a data-led approach: Actively look for ways to use data to make us proactive and intentional while helping to upskill the wider team on how to get the most out of our tools.
- Act as the key integrator for cross-functional talent initiatives: You'll partner with our P&C Centres of Excellence to identify where our work overlaps, streamlining processes and driving continuous improvement to ensure we deliver a seamless experience.

What we’re looking for
- Expertise in people analytics with proven experience in Workday, CRM, and Excel to generate strategic insights.
- A track record of driving continuous improvement through critical thinking, problem-solving, and innovative process design.
- Experience interacting with a talent tech stack and the operational relationships with key suppliers.
- Exceptional organisation and project management skills with the ability to prioritise and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Comfortable with facilitation and experience creating process guides and running informal sessions to help the team learn.
- Thrives on variety and enabling the team, easily moving between strategic thinking and hands-on operational support
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with precise verbal/written communication and an impeccable eye for detail.
- Foundational knowledge of core talent processes like strategic workforce planning, succession, and performance highly regarded.
