UGL Services, Fuels & Energy East division are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor based in Geelong to deliver high quality maintenance services to the client and provide Supervision and coordination of site maintenance tasks.

**About You**

As a key member of the operational delivery team, your leadership skills will ensure that all work meets the standards in relation to safety, quality, schedules and cost. You will:

- Day to day planning and coordination of resources and equipment and conduct the work in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner
- Monitor and ensure high level of performance of trade staff and contractors
- Input into the scheduling of upcoming maintenance tasks including resourcing and tooling requirements
- Liaise with our client, site contacts and sub-contractor personnel
- Provide schedule updates to the Maintenance Scheduler and site personnel on the status of maintenance tasks
- Oversee, monitor and implement Quality control measures and initiatives
- Monitor and effectively control work performance - both internal and sub-contract
- Incident reporting and investigations
- Deliver to project milestones
