**Your Opportunity**

**How are you extraordinary?**
- Ideally you will have 3-5 years' experience working in a transformation implementation role
- Strong team and project management skills (including planning and resourcing)
- Outstanding problem-solving skills, including ability to handle complex problems
- Demonstrated experience in leading and facilitating workshops with a wide range of stakeholders

List of key duties and responsibilities

Background in _project/change management within financial services/professional services_

Previous _transformation _experience in_ leading and implementing projects_

Ability to
- Excellent communication (oral and written), client management and influencing skills
- Proactive with a positive, flexible, assertive, can do attitude
- Relevant tertiary and professional qualifications highly desirable

Qualification(s) or discipline in project or change management

Strong knowledge of Lean six sigma, Agile and delivery frameworks will be highly regarded
