**Job Summary**

Collaborate with a dynamic, multi-faceted team to develop the next generation of Hapana fitness management software for multiple global regions. Design innovative mobile solutions for iOS and Android devices, define API requirements for REST and GraphQL, and lead team members across different time zones using the Scrum methodology to ensure seamless project execution.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of skilled iOS andAndroid developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Solution Architecture: Act as the principal architect for mobile features, defining and implementing best practices, technical roadmaps, and scalable,secure mobile solutions aligned with business goals.
- Project Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end mobile development lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders to align mobile app functionality with overall product strategy
- Technical Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive continuous improvement in mobile app design, architecture, and user experience
- White Labelling Excellence: Ensure that our mobile solutions support the customization and branding needs of diverse clients, offering a seamless and flexible approach to white labelling
- Customer Engagement: Work with client teams to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and assist in integrating mobile solutions within their overall digital ecosystems

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- 8+ years of mobile development experience with a strong background in native iOS and Android app development.
- 4+ years in a leadership role, managing and mentoring development teams to success.
- Proven expertise in solution architecture, designing scalable and high-performing mobile solutions.
- Technical proficiency in Swift, UIKit, Kotlin, and Java, with a solid understanding of mobile app architecture patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM).
- Extensive experience in REST and GraphQL API design and integration.
- Skilled in working with deployment platforms and familiar with mobile CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and app deployment processes.
- Strong knowledge of mobile security best practices, performance optimization, and app analytics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the SaaS or fitness industry is highly desirable.
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and adept at collaborating with teams across multiple time zones.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a strong team-oriented mindset.
