**The Role**:
As the Vendor Alliance Manager, you will be the central point of contact for Logicalis Australia's strategic vendor partners. This is a highly visible, commercially critical role where you’ll manage partner relationships, optimise go-to-market initiatives, and drive value across joint business plans and campaigns.

You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, delivery, and technical teams to align vendor offerings to customer needs, while unlocking co-funding, incentives, and certifications that support our growth strategy.

This role is ideal for someone who’s commercially savvy, highly organised, and passionate about building strategic, mutually beneficial partnerships in the technology ecosystem.

**Accountabilities**:
**Vendor Relationship & Engagement**
- Serve as the primary liaison for key vendor partners including Microsoft, Cisco, HPE, Palo Alto, and others.
- Build and maintain strategic, trust-based relationships with vendor stakeholders.
- Coordinate regular QBRs, performance reviews, and roadmap sessions with vendors and internal stakeholders.

**Program & Campaign Enablement**
- Drive and manage joint business plans, MDF (Market Development Funds), co-marketing initiatives, and incentive programs.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales enablement to launch vendor-aligned campaigns and events.
- Ensure Logicalis meets and maintains compliance across partner programs and certifications.

**Commercial Performance & Reporting**
- Track and report on key alliance KPIs, including revenue contribution, pipeline growth, and partner tier progression.
- Identify new opportunities to maximise funding, rebates, or co-sell alignment across solutions.
- Analyse program effectiveness and recommend optimisation strategies.

**Internal Collaboration & Advocacy**
- Act as the internal advocate for partner initiatives across delivery, sales, and technical teams.
- Support education and enablement around key vendor priorities, tools, and certifications.
- Facilitate internal awareness of partner roadmaps, launches, and sales tools.

**Strategic Input & Growth**
- Influence and support the broader go-to-market strategy through vendor-aligned initiatives.
- Help shape Logicalis Australia's position within global alliance programs and APAC-level initiatives.

**About You**:
You are a commercially minded relationship-builder who thrives on alignment, influence, and strategic execution. You have a knack for turning vendor relationships into growth opportunities, and you're known for being proactive, diplomatic, and focused on mutual value.

**You bring**:

- Experience managing strategic alliances or vendor partnerships in the IT or managed services industry.
- Deep understanding of vendor program structures, incentives, and partner ecosystems (e.g. Microsoft, Cisco, etc.).
- Strong project management and coordination skills across multiple internal teams and stakeholders.
- Commercial acumen with a data-driven mindset for performance tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence up and across.A passion for driving joint success and building high-impact partnerships.
