The opportunity: Achievers are seeking aStrategic Alliances Manager to source, recruit, develop and manage the alliances ecosystem in APAC . Our alliances are primarily companies that actively collaborate with Achievers and are source of sales leads, such as ISVs, professional services organizations and technology vendors. Strong focus on lead generation, working closely with sales, marketing and other relevant areas in the organization to drive the multiplicative value alliances can deliver. This component of the role will qualify for performance-linked compensation in addition to the basic salary. This is a senior individual contributor and hands-on role. It is suitable for an individual that is comfortable operating independently, whilst ensuring the global partner framework is adhered to, commercially aware, and goal oriented.The role reports to the Global VP of Alliances Responsibilities: - Regional alliances strategy setting and execution–working closely with the Global Strategic Alliances leader, APAC sales and marketing to define regional goals and execute them throughout the fiscal year. - Research & recruit new partnersaligned with the global strategy – source a comprehensive database of candidates, qualify each prospective partners’ suitability and recruit a target number of partners in each pre-defined region. - Demonstrate Achievers – work with colleagues from sales and solution consulting to convey our strengths to prospective partners. - Contracting – lead partnerships contractual conversations/agreements with the support of internal teams (i.e.: Legal, Finance, Sales and RVP) - Commercials – identify mutually beneficial incentives which drive the behavior we are seeking from our 3rd-party collaboration. - Partner Enablement – work with Marketing, Sales Enablement departments to create collaterals and training sessions to educate partners at the right level following the global framework - Deliver results – contribute new initial meetings from the partner network for our sales organization - Partner Marketing –identify and help design joint marketing initiatives, alongside Marketing department, aiming to identify leads for the sales organization. - Manage relationships – expand and deepen relations with existing partners, leading regular business development calls, driving business engagement to deliver expected results - Business Reviews – run quarterly business reviews with partners to assess results against goals and agree plan for the subsequent fiscal year - Extend our product offering – by identifying strategic integrations and service partnerships Qualifications: - B2B Partnerships experience in the HCM industry and marketplaces - 5+ years in partner sales or alliances development position in the SaaS environment - Commercially savvy - Comfortable presenting to new partners and at SLT level - Can A can-do attitude.
