As the Video Conferencing Coordinator your role will be to support the daily operations of the VC Centre Australia and Asia providing prompt and efficient services to the firm and their clients both virtual and hands on. Facilitating and supporting the successful delivery of video connectivity and collaboration resources including; Cloud Interop, Webinars, Video Conferencing, and virtual court connections.
Your responsibilities will include:
- First level support of the VC Centre operations including; coordinating, scheduling, managing rooms and resources delivering internal and external video connectivity bookings and supporting webinars.
- Operate computer-based booking systems to confirm all requirements for supported video connectivity bookings i.e. audio visual equipment, room facilities and services.
- Provide best practice advice on platform selection for staff and clients.
- Contribute to testing and provide on-site or production support to significant multi platform VC’s and complex AV events.
- Provide practical AV assistance and sound advice to internal and external clients.
- Respond to all enquiries and support requests promptly and professionally.
- Record and communicate AV/VC equipment faults and maintenance requests.
- Participate in delivery of training, virtually and in person of VC hardware and software.
- Update and maintain accurate procedural documents, ensuring content is current and changes are communicated promptly.
- Track and report on all VC traffic including key issues to Senior VC Coordinator.
