About Us
At Baptcare, we care. Our Mission and Vision are lived through our WE CARE Values: for our residents, customers, clients, partners, and supporters; with the very young through to the very old, the vulnerable, with families through all of life’s stages and challenges.
Baptcare is a purpose driven organisation working across Victoria, Tasmania, and South Australia. Focused on providing residential and community care for older people and support to children, families, and people with disability, financially disadvantaged people and people seeking asylum.
Our Values are Wellbeing, Ethics, Co-creating, Accountability, Respect and Effectiveness.

Through outreach, primarily in the family home, the IFS program offers a longer term, voluntary case management model incorporating comprehensive safety and risk assessments, case planning, group work, and linkages with informal and formal community. Baptcare is an active member of the Child and Family Services Alliances in Brimbank Melton and Western Melbourne areas.
The IFS Practitioner maintains service excellence by providing leadership, consultancy, advice, supervision, support and monitoring of services to families referred through the Child First system. The Team Leader works closely with their team, Program Manager and Integrated Child and Family Services, to ensure that services are delivered within the relevant guidelines, budget and reporting requirements of the Department of Health and Human Services (DFFH).
