**As an experienced IT Manager, you will join us in our mission to give the best casual dining experience by always providing outstanding food, service, cleanliness and value, so that every guest in every restaurant has a reason to return.**

**Key duties of the position**:
Working from our Head Office location in Chester Hill, our IT Team are responsible for providing technical support for all Rashays locations Nationally.

**You will be responsible for but not limited to**:

- Providing updates on ongoing issues
- Monitoring the networks and assist with network upgrades
- Supporting Head Office, Rashays locations and Warehouse users and providing solutions on issues - both hardware or software
- Providing on-call or after-hours support as required (including Weekends and Public Holidays)
- Assisting in any IT projects
- Setting up all new users and providing required equipment
- Taking direction of Stock takes
- Assign and delegate tasks amongst team members
- Documenting processes

**Hours of Work**:

- Our IT support team exists to support the business. This requires working outside usual office hours of 9am to 5pm on an as needed basis
- IT support operates during days, evenings and nights including public holidays and weekends
- We are seeking someone who has flexible availability and is able to travel to different stores (including interstate if required).
- Be experienced in providing IT Management
- Show experienced technological knowledge
- Have a logical, flexible and thorough approach to work performed
- Be able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Be a real team player and be prepared to assist wherever required
- Be able to adapt and learn to new technologies at a fast rate
- Have good written and verbal communication
- Have initiative, be punctual and well presented
- Be flexible, with availability to work around peak hours, including nights, mornings, weekends, and public holidays

**Highly desirable but not essential**:

- Hospitality/Food & Beverage experience
- IT related qualifications
- ITIL Certification
- Knowledge on Networking and Firewall
