In this role, you will:

- Manage and resolve customer incidents, problems, and requests, achieving required service level targets in a proactive, customer-facing technical role.
- Maintain established Service Levels against predefined SLAs.
- Engage with customers for incident analysis and problem resolution management, delivering solutions where standard answers do not exist.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, ensuring clarity, relevance, and logic in all interactions with customers and team members.

Key Skills and Experience:

- At least 5 years of experience in an IT environment, with 2-3 years in a Level 2 or higher role, preferably in an MSP setting.
- Proficient in Azure technologies, Office365, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and fundamental Microsoft 365 administration.
- Knowledgeable in network technologies, Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, server platforms, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Hyper-V, SQL.
- Proven skills in router and firewall configuration and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with VoIP, zoom and Teams voice technologies is a plus.
- Experience with PSA tools like Nable MSP Manager, Nsight RMM, and Connectwise Screen Connect is advantageous.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 migrations and new tenant setup will be highly regarded.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
