We are seeking an energetic and organised Project Coordinator to join our team at our Head Office in Castle Hill.

About the Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, this role ensures the smooth delivery of projects nationwide - from vehicle fit-outs and hardware installs to complete mobility solutions.

Working with both government and private sector clients, you'll plan and oversee installation schedules, ensuring each project runs efficiently and on time.

This is a hands-on position, ideal for someone who's organised, proactive and happy to jump in and help the team - including packing and preparing installation kits when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Projects Team in planning and delivering national rollout projects
  • Schedule and coordinate field technicians
  • Liaise daily with clients to manage installation bookings, updates and changes
  • Track project progress, timelines and milestones
  • Assist with stock coordination and inventory tracking for upcoming projects
  • Prepare and dispatch equipment and installation kits for site work
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

About You

You're a proactive and organised communicator who enjoys juggling multiple priorities. You take ownership of your tasks, have a strong work ethic, and bring a positive, can-do attitude to your work.

You'll bring:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • At least 1 year experience in project coordination, scheduling or logistics
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Willingness to pitch in and help with practical tasks when needed
  • Positive attitude, initiative and solid work ethic
  • A team player with a strong customer service mindset
