My client is a leading luxury fine jewellery brand who are highly recognised for their classic and unique pieces and world class designs. A Client Advisor role has become available to join their premium boutique at Crown Melbourne.

**Your new role**

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role you must have previous strong experience in a similar environment, specifically within the luxury retail industry; fine jewellery experience is highly preferred but not essential. You must have the ability to demonstrate strong knowledge of retail sales policies and processes as well as an understanding of how the luxury retail sales floor operates. The ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with your current and future clientele is also a key element of experience. Essentially, you must have proven success in up-market sales skills with the capability to achieve and exceed targets.
