As our organization grows within the LVMH group, we now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join our Chadstone store as a Client Advisor on a full-time basis.

Your role in the Tiffany Legacy

For many customers, a visit to Tiffany is a treasured experience—whether they are pampering themselves or shopping for a memorable gift. They entrust us with their dreams of style, glamour, and love. It is our duty to honor those dreams with grace and artistic understanding.

As a Client Advisor, you will embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, providing a personalized and extraordinary experience. You should be an excellent communicator, a passionate brand ambassador, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit.

In your role, you will:

  1. Proactively communicate with clients to deliver a uniquely tailored Tiffany Experience.
  2. Provide an uncompromising luxurious experience while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Contribute to increased performance and elevate client development and sales ceremonies.
  4. Drive sales and ensure sales targets are exceeded.

Perfect Fit?

  1. Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-centric roles.
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales results and working towards KPIs.
  3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  4. An entrepreneurial spirit and ability to cultivate client relationships.
  5. Ability to build meaningful relationships with a diverse clientele.
  6. Innovative thinking and the ability to think outside the box.
