Founded in Rome in 1925 by Adele and Edoardo Fendi, FENDI is a house of style, innovation, elegance and grace. As part of the world's leading luxury goods group - LVMH - FENDI is seeking high performing, passionate **Client Advisors **to join its retail network.

**THE ROLE**

FENDI Client Advisors are responsible for:

- Exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Engaging in upselling, cross-selling and multiple selling
- Providing superior customer service with strong product knowledge and relationship management.
- Developing and strengthening the customer base through CRM activities, events and marketing initiatives.
- Maintaining outstanding store presentation and visual merchandising in accordance with FENDI guidelines.
- Ensuring compliance in stock management and security procedures.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Have a minimum 1 - 3 years retail sales experience with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Be fluent in English with secondary language skills desirable.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Be adaptable and willing to learn.
- Be able to work as part of a team as well as autonomously.
- Have excellent personal presentation.

**Salary**: $56,500.00 - $70,000.00 per year
