Tramin is a start-up online building supplies company with a warehouse in St Marys, Sydney. We offer a wide range of timber and related building products online for delivery to (or pickup by) customers throughout greater Sydney.
Our extensive online advertising and emerging reputation as providing great customer service, has resulted in a strong increase of activity on our website and in customer orders. Given the increased activity, we are seeking a part-time (4 hours per day) warehouse storeperson with a forklift licence and positive attitude to do the following:
**About the Role**

Warehouse:

- Work alongside our friendly, experienced, skilful, and knowledgeable warehouse manager.
- Pick and pack customer orders.
- Receive (mainly timber) deliveries from our wholesalers.
- Work and interact with the Tramin team and transport companies to ensure that Tramin maintains an excellent level of customer service.
- Conduct stock takes from time-to-time.

Tramin Team:

- We are a small, friendly, co-operative team and this role will work closely with the warehouse manager, sales consultant, owner, and transport companies to co
- ordinate order fulfillment/delivery.
- Tramin’s primary focus is to provide excellent, friendly and professional service to our valued customers with clear communication and by fulfilling our commitments.

Work skills/attitude - Required / Essential:

- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and provide great service.
- A forklift licence.

Work skills/attitude - Desirable but not essential:

- Knows / Has experience in the timber and hardware market.

Place of work:

- Place of work: Warehouse in St Marys.
- Hours: 8am to 12 noon, Monday to Friday (excl public holidays)
- Tramin will provide PPE clothing.

Remuneration:

- Base: $30 per hour.
- Plus: If growth targets are met and performance is good:

- promotion (and, thus, higher remuneration) opportunities will likely appear;
- discretionary bonuses will be paid.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- warehouse & forklift: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (required)
