Lendlease Construction is searching for a Supervisors to join our User Experience business unit to deliver a project in Melbourne.

Our Building business is renowned for market-leading project management, design and construction services.

The User Experience business unit is a national team who specialise in the design and delivery of a broad range of unique projects that includes fit-out projects, major refurbishment projects, and small to medium new build projects. We have an enviable list clients and repeat customers across multiple sectors including commercial, education, social and affordable housing, aged-cared, retirement living, and defence.

**Role**

As Supervisor, you will take ownership of site safety management, developing short and medium range construction programmes as you coordinate sub-contractors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality construction work. You will work closely with our site engineers to pre-empt and resolve construction issues on site and to maintain progress in line with the construction program.

**Requirements**:

- Trade or building background
- Must have previous experience delivering major building projects
- Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Previous experience across multiple trade packages highly regarded
