**Key Responsibilities**

As the Café/Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for:

- **Managing daily operations** of the café/restaurant, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- **Leading, mentoring, and supervising staff**, including recruitment, training, rostering, and performance management.
- **Budget management**, including forecasting, inventory control, and supplier relationship management.
- **Developing and implementing strategies** to drive sales, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Ensuring compliance** with all health, safety, and food regulations and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

**Skills and Experience Required**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A minimum of **2 years of proven experience** in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Expertise in budgeting, inventory management, and cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment.
- A deep understanding of health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
- Relevant qualifications in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
