Café Manager – Multi-Venue Site

We are seeking an experienced and professional Café Manager to lead our team across three exciting new outlets – Parlour, Casita and Rice Baby – located at Sir Charlie Gardiner Hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee food and beverage operations across all venues
- Implement and refine processes in line with company policy
- Recruit, train, and manage kitchen, barista, and customer service staff
- Manage daily operations, from catering and food production to service, quality, and stock control
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with hospital management, staff, patients, and visitors
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
- Proven experience in multi-site hospitality management
- A passion for fresh food and specialty coffee
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, delegate, and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A hands-on approach with attention to detail
- A positive, team-focused attitude and customer-first mindset
