Buckland is a quality provider of Aged Care services situated in Springwood in the Lower Blue Mountains NSW. We are a well-established non-for-profit organisation and are well respected in our community.

We are currently looking for an experienced **Receptionist** who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, to join our friendly and supportive Administration team on a **part-time** basis.

**The successful applicant will need to commit to the following shifts**:
Wk1: Thursday, Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Wk2: Thursday, Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm, Saturday, Sunday 10:00am - 2:00pm
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Have sound written and verbal communication skills
- Have strong organisational and time management skills
- Be proactive, flexible and willing to show initiative
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team
- Have the ability to remain calm in challenging situations
- Show professionalism, be punctual and well presented
- Able to accept direction
- Have a basic knowledge of computers
- Have their own transport or live locally
- Experience working in an administration/receptionist role within an Aged Care/Healthcare setting will be highly regarded however not essential

**Duties of the position**:

- General reception and administrative responsibilities
- Ensure efficient operation of the front reception area
- Answering and transferring all telephone enquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Administration support to all office departments
- Administration tasks such as photocopying, scanning and filing
- Maintaining the cleanliness of reception area
- Assist with visitor health screening into the facility
- Receiving incoming deliveries
- Preparing and assisting with labelling resident clothing items
- Assisting with delivering items to resident rooms
