**About the Role**

**Stowe Australia** is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Business Communications and Change Manager that will lead and manage significant change and communications initiatives across the business including change activities related to rolling out significant business IT projects, internal communications, the internal Intranet platform, Website, other projects and employee training programs. This role is crucial in ensuring that these areas effectively support the organisation’s strategic goals and enhance employee engagement and productivity. Additionally, this role will assist with other business change initiatives as required, demonstrating flexibility and a broad skill set in change management. The role will be predominantly based in our Rydalmere, Sydney head office with some flexibility provided. There will be requirements to travel interstate infrequently.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute communication strategies that effectively convey change initiatives to all levels of the organisation.
- Oversee the management of the Stowe internal Intranet & Stowe Website as a critical tool for internal communications and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with HR to develop and implement training programs that align with change initiatives and organisational goals.
- Lead change management projects, ensuring that change is implemented effectively and with mínimal resistance.
- Engage and align key stakeholders and leaders, facilitating buy-in and support for change initiatives.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of communication strategies, intranet functionality, and training programs.
- Provide expertise and support for projects outside the primary scope, ensuring consistency and alignment with overall strategic objectives.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in change management, communications, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with digital tools and platforms, including intranet, SharePoint, Websites and learning management systems
