UniFi represents a pivotal strategic project that aims to unify all Thales Australia & New Zealand business lines under the comprehensive UniFi solution. This initiative integrates ERP and Project Lifecycle Management (PLM) to enhance connectivity and operational visibility.

As the Program Manager UniFi, you will lead a comprehensive business transformation program which is shaping the future of Thales's operational landscape and stands as a testament to Thales' commitment to harnessing technology as a catalyst for change.

Working from our Sydney HQ, Sydney Olympic Park, on Wann-gal land, your role purpose will be
- Leading a large-scale, complex transformation projects in an IS/IT environment
- Delivering on programs involving complex data migration and transformation needs
- Identifying and implementing optimization initiatives for project schedule and cost improvements
- Collaborating with 3rd party suppliers to minimize cost-increasing contract variations
- Leading in diverse, multicultural stakeholder environments with a focus on customer-centric and outcome-based solutions
- Navigating complexity and ambiguity to make effective commercial and financial decisions

On day one in this role, we'll expect you to bring the following skills, experience and behaviours:

- Program management expertise for successful ERP transformation programs in complex environments
- Skill in delivering organizational change facilitation and stakeholder management to achieve desired outcomes
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities for effective cross-functional teamwork
- Exceptional customer focus and external relationship management
- Demonstrated leadership skills, effective interpersonal and verbal communication, and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams
- Tertiary qualification in business, engineering, project management, or related discipline
- IPMA Certification or the ability to obtain certification
