We are a fast growing leader in the electric vehicle charging industry, powering Australia's shift to an electric future. Since 2015 we have been delivering turn key EV charging solutions to residential, commerical, fleet and government customers across Australia. **The Role**: Due to rapid growth and expansion we are looking for a rockstar product manager to step into the business on a permanent full time basis and lead our operations to help us scale and deliver the highest quality products and service to our diverse customer base. As Product Manager, you will play a critical role in the everyday operations by bringing together and optimising the various business departments to achieve our mission and hit our financial KPI's.

Reporting to the directors, this position is a key role on the executive team. You will draw on your previous experience managing programs and general operations while overseeing and managing all aspects of our service delivery

Responsibilities include:

- Prospecting for new customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers
- Plan and administrate design coordination consultations to customers for the most appropriate EV charging system.
- Prepare procurement documents, cost estimates, detailed analyses.
- Establishing delivery and scheduling installations.
- Carry out site inspections via both desktop assessment site visits.
- Liaise with the network operator and contractors to assist in the smooth operation of projects at Australian councils.
