About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Civil Labourer to join our team on a casual basis in Moss Vale, NSW (and Greater Sydney) As a key member of our crew, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful completion of critical infrastructure in the southern highlands region. This position offers the opportunity to be part of an innovative and growth-oriented organisation that is shaping the future of water management in Australia.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with the construction and maintenance of water infrastructure, including pipelines
  • Operating a variety of hand and power tools, as well as light machinery and equipment, to complete tasks
  • Performing manual labour duties such as digging, lifting, loading and unloading materials
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
  • Collaborating with the broader project team to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Civil Labourer or in a similar construction/infrastructure role
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and follow instructions
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks
  • Familiarity with the use of hand and power tools, as well as light machinery
  • Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
