Reporting to the Venue Manager, your role will be to assist in the day to day operations of this local club, with a focus on functions. As the main point of contact, you will be liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to successfully coordinate and deliver exciting experiences.

With room for growth, management will encourage initiative and fresh ideas too so you will be able to make your mark. With a large community surrounding, there will be plenty of opportunities to grow sales and run a profitable business. Supported by the Group's structure, this role offers fantastic growth opportunities with expansion plans in the pipeline.

**About You**:
This role would suit a leader wanting mentoring to take their career to the next level, an experienced Supervisor or Functions/Duty Manager looking for a new challenge and recognition of their skills as well as any professionals wanting to build a long-term career plan.

A minimum of 3 years in operations management paired with a keen eye for details will be essential, as will strong organisation skills and being computer savvy.

You will also hold:

- Full working rights in Australia - Citizens or Permanent Residents only
- NSW RSA & RCG certificate
