**Autoleague** is seeking a driven, experienced
**Youngs WA.**

Based in Victoria Park and reporting to the CEO, you will demonstrate a record of success in all Dealership operations, specifically proven success with used vehicles, be entrepreneurial with a good record of building top class teams, and you will have an excellent command of the balance sheet.

You will be a driven individual, with a fresh approach to running automotive dealerships. You must be able to lead and coach diverse teams to be consistently high performing. We are looking for tomorrow’s leaders who are future-focused, understand what it takes to achieve organisational goals and grow Dealership performance. If you think you can inspire and lead a team that not only meet's benchmark targets, but exceeds them, then we want to meet you.

ROLE
- Accountable for all budgets and financial performance.
- Supervise Senior Management, empowering them to take responsibility for their departments
- Develop and implement risk management processes to mitigate financial, security and other strategic risk factors.
- Manage business relationships at all levels including corporate, industry groups and relevant commercial bodies
- Ensure all objectives, strategies and actions of the plan are implemented, reported on, and achieved.
- Accountable for the people and safety practices, building a motivated, engaged, competent workforce.
- Ensure sales revenue, margin and expenses are on target.
- Lead performance reviews of all areas
- Ensure employees of Dealerships operate within all statutory and legal requirements.

YOU
- Extensive knowledge & proven success with managing a dealership that focuses on used vehicle is highly desirable.
- Ability to lead people through vision and values
- Thrive in a dynamic environment that rewards exceptional performance
- Knowledge of strategic marketing concepts.
- Extensive knowledge of selling, sales strategy and planning and sales incentives.
- Strategic/corporate planning principles.
- Knowledge of statutory, legal, and contractual obligations.
- Proven history of Outstanding performance.
- Extensive experience in building strategic relationships.
