The Regional Medical Sales Manager (QLD/WA) will be responsible for achieving client regional sales objectives by hiring, leading, and developing a sales team within this specific geography, on a fixed term contract.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Manager based in Brisbane, or a GP Medical Representative/HSR who has begun the journey of developing on this career path and believes they have the right attributes to succeed in this role.

You will be accountable for maintaining compliance with all IQVIA and client policies that govern field sales activity.

**Education, Experience, & Other Requirements**:

- Ideally tertiary qualified in Science, Business, or a related degree
- Proven, documented, consistent, and successful track record in the pharmaceutical industry Preferred:

- 2+ years as a pharmaceutical sales representative preferred
- 1+ years as a pharmaceutical sales manager preferred
- Experience recruiting and selecting new hires preferred
- Participation in a leadership development program and/or experience such as a corporate office rotation, marketing, sales training, or sales ops preferred
- Regular travel to WA required
- May be required to work evenings and weekends as needed (conferences, programs, etc.)
- Majority of time is working with reps in the field. No office is provided by the company
- Must live within the current geography

**Knowledge, Skills, & Core Competencies**:

- Must produce documented sales results and examples of company awards.
- Must be a demonstrated team player with ability to motivate and lead.
- Must possess excellent organization, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Must demonstrate sound judgment, and decision-making ability
- Strong Knowledge of the territory.
- Self-assured and persuasive
- Quick thinking and an ethical professional who excels working in a targeted environment
- Excellent networking skills and strategic focus to drive these
