Communication experience and ability to support delivery, maintenance, and content management of online help and communication materials

**The Opportunity**:
Our Fed Gov Client is working to improve the customer experience for stakeholders and interactions with the department's technology systems used to administer Australian Government entitlements for all eligible Australian schools and schooling systems under the Australian Education Act 2013 (the Act).

The department is seeking specialist skills for the following:

- Refine content on the website to ensure it meets user needs and promotes 'self-service' wherever possible
- Develop new resources to assist users in complying with their obligations under the Act, for example, video content, interactive resources and user guides
- Improve helpdesk operations supporting the IT platform through developing and refining processes, procedures, scripts, training and other materials as needed
- Support communication messaging and stakeholder engagement as work is undertaken to develop a new entitlement management system to replace the existing ageing system
- Other improvements to the department's service offering to non-government school authorities based on user research insights

**Skills/experience required**:

- Demonstrated communication experience and ability to support delivery, maintenance and content management of the full suite of online help and communication materials for the SchoolsHUB platform, including experience and or knowledge of online content standards (for example readability and accessibility).
- Experience or familiarity with technologies used to develop, edit, manage and host communication products (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CMS)
- Ability to support development and delivery of a communications framework, including in the development of campaign materials for both internal and external clients to support change management efforts
- Proven ability to engage, communicate and manage a wide and diverse range of stakeholders and work proactively in a multi-disciplinary team.

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience in a Government agency is highly desired.

- Up to $125.00/hr inc Super or ex GST
