**The Role**:
Our Fed Gov Client is looking for a Communications and Stakeholder Specialist to work on improving the customer experience for stakeholders and interactions with the department’s technology systems used to administer Australian Government entitlements for all eligible Australian schools and schooling systems. The project outcomes will contribute significantly towards moving to the future state vision for the IT ecosystem as the department seeks to replace the existing ageing technologies.

**Experience and Capabilities**:

- Ability to deliver full suite of online help and communication materials for the SchoolsHUB platform, such as maintenance and content management.
- Understanding of online content standards (e.g., readability and accessibility).
- Experience in providing editorial services for program content.
- Previous experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Ability to develop and deliver communications framework, including campaign materials to support change management efforts.

**Eligibility**:Australian Citizens to be ability to obtain a Federal Baseline Security Clearance
