The Role

We're looking for a creative and hands-on Graphic Design & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. From creating standout graphics and polishing presentations to managing our social media presence, you'll play a key part in shaping how our brand is seen and experienced.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design digital and print marketing assets, including brochures, flyers, product sheets, and event materials.
  • Manage and grow Studio Bagno's social media profiles (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) with engaging, brand-aligned content.
  • Plan and create retailer displays in collaboration with our sales team, including merchandising and point-of-sale assets — ability to draw technical plans at accurate scale in Adobe Illustrator is preferred.
  • Edit and retouch images to showcase products in the most appealing way.
  • Put together polished, on-brand presentations for internal and external use.
  • Collaborate with our sales and product teams to support campaigns and launches.
  • Ensure all materials consistently reflect the Studio Bagno brand and aesthetic.

About You

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) or similar design tools.
  • Strong eye for detail and design, with experience in both digital and print.
  • Proficiency in creating engaging written content across blogs, website copy, and social media.
  • Confident managing social media channels and creating engaging content.
  • Skilled in image editing and layout design.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A creative thinker who enjoys problem-solving and presenting fresh ideas.
