**Your new role awaits**

As the **Learning and Development Consultant**, you’ll be** **responsible for leading the operational and strategic learning initiatives at Coates.

The role will be based out our Mascot head office, which is a short two-minute walk from Mascot Train Station and surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shopping centres, and gyms.

**A typical day**

You’ll be managing the full lifecycle of learning and development at Coates, including:

- Identifying and diagnosing learning needs at all stages of employee lifecycle
- Gathering information and designing training programs
- Coaching and mentoring leaders to ensure adoption of learning initiatives
- Presenting and delivering training and inductions
- Evaluating and reporting on outcomes

**What you’ll bring to the role**
- Relevant experience managing L&D lifecycle
- Comprehensive understanding of adult learning principles
- Experience using Learning Management Systems
- Exceptional stakeholder and project management skills
- Comfortable delivering training/inductions
- Cert IV Training & Assessment and/or HR qualification - beneficial
