**Your new role**
As a business support officer you will report into the business unit coordinator and be responsible for the following:

- Management of various customer and client queries at one time
- Assisting the team with a shared inbox
- Managing sensitive data and assisting with month-end reports
- Data entry
- Ad hoc administration duties

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to be considered for this role, you will have the following:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent IT skills - experienced with MS Office suite
- Excellent telephone manner
- Clear communication skills are necessary for this role
- Experience in a customer service role
- Great interpersonal skills
