- Main Office based in Kenwick | Option to Work from Home
- Previous administration experience is required

**The Role**

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the BSO's role is to coordinate and carry out the day-to-day administrative tasks to assist the team in achieving company and project goals. This role is a casual role anticipated to be between 20-30 hrs per week. Working From Home is a viable option, however, some attendance to the depot in Kenwick will be required.

Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Review incoming invoices for accuracy and information
- Compile invoices and associated information
- Compile any additional information required
- Perform reconciliations on invoicing
- Document Management
- Providing Support and assistance to other members of the team including covering tasks during absences

**Essential Skills/Qualifications/Experience**
- Minimum 2+ years customer service or administration experience
- A flexible outlook, with a willingness to learn.
- Accurate data entry & strong attention to detail skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Business administration and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently, with mínimal supervision
- Problem solving and analytical skills
