**The Role**
We are seeking a Project Manager with a “hands on” approach to manage maintenance and repairs to our growing Resort property portfolio, properties include but are not limited to Rottnest Island Resort, El Questro and Kings Cannon Resort.
Responsibilities;
- Scope projects, identify the best path for delivery (Internal Vs External)
- Develop and manage a system designed to deliver projects on-time and to budget
- Be the centre point for contractor and property communication to ensure alignment between all parties
- Able to read and understand park business plans/masterplans that inform the overall direction of the property
- Adoption of infrastructure, with a view to becoming the SME for all on-sites systems, its architecture and methods aligned to maintaining and repair
- Ensure all systems are maintained in a way that aligned with documented on-site control systems
- Coordinate and participate in all Essential Service repair, upgrade and/or development required
**Your Experience**
This is a diverse role with no two days the same, it would be advantageous to have a trade qualification, and any relevant higher construction qualifications. You must have had experience in facilities management, coordination of trades and pre-planning and site organisation from a management level. It's also important that you have demonstrated experience in a construction and/or a multi-residential environment.
- Data-led decision making, and outcomes provided that have been well researched and accurate.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, manage and follow a process
- Ability to get hands-on from time-to-time desirable
- Proven exceptional stakeholder engagement and strong ability to maintain good quality relationships
