The Order Management & Billing Administrator will provide operational support to the National Sales teams.

The Order & Billing team provides operational support to the business. The operational responsibilities involve the management and co-ordination of internal and external customer orders in relation to:
i) Orders, deliveries, and billings being processed in a timely and accurate manner.

ii) Ensuring all team (Order & Billing) functions operate smoothly.

iii) Producing timely and accurate Business Reporting

iv) Providing Internal and external customers with accurate information.

v) Perform any other reasonable and lawful duties which may be required, dependent upon the needs or demand of the company.

The operational responsibilities involve the management and co-ordination of internal and external customer orders in relation to:
The role will have varied responsibilities:

- Liaise with internal & external customers with regard to the order status, billing enquiries, delivery enquiries, proof of delivery etc.
- Process internal and mainstream customer orders, branch project related orders, loans, assets requests, rebates, stock transfers, amending orders through the SAP system.
- Invoicing and management of deliveries.
- Liaise with internal customers with regards to different aspects of the sales order cycle
- Development and maintenance of Order & Billing procedures and work instructions.
- Compile, process & monitor weekly reports.
- Compile periodical tech forecast reports throughout the current billing month.
- Work with NTT internal teams to ensure any order issues are resolved in an efficient and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of initiative and enthusiasm and ensure a professional and helpful manner at all times.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal client contacts on an on-going basis.
- Build and maintain competency across all Order & Billing functions in order to provide adequate back-up support across the nominated tasks and responsibilities of other team members.

- Highly recommended - SAP, Salesforce &/or online procurement tool experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP, Salesforce
