The Opportunity:
Step into the role of Assistant Store Manager playing an important role in shaping the success of our stores while contributing to the growth of this renowned Finnish lifestyle brand.

Your Role:

- Collaborate with the Store Manager to provide a VIP standard of service that goes above and beyond.
- Lead by example and set clear expectations for reaching in-store goals.
- Cultivate a team environment focused on the core values set by the brand
- Support day-to-day in-store operations, ensuring operational excellence.

About You:

- Proven sales experience in a similar fashion retail environment.
- Thorough understanding of all KPIs and the ability to drive results.
- Professional and results-focused leadership style.
- Adept at problem-solving, identifying opportunities, and taking ownership of the business..
